Requirements
High School Senior
Active participant in community or religious organizations
Demonstrate financial need
Recent Photo (a high school graduation photo, preferably)
Three letters of recommendation
Application fee $20.00
Deadline
Applications must be postmarked no later than March 31st. There is no need for special mailings.
Official Rules
Recipient will be notified by mail.
Submission of an application to DDWSF constitutes permission to use recipient’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade.
No transfer of award is permitted.
Offer open to residents of the 50 states and
the District of Columbia who plan to attend an accredited college or university.
Award
Each recipient is eligible for an award of up to $1000.00.
Recipient must provide proof of college registration prior to receipt of award.
